Which tank size is it best for?
The HC-300A suits mid-size to large reef tanks, planted tanks, and multi-tank or sump systems. The rated range assumes moderate room temperature – for large reef systems in hot rooms or under heavy lighting, consider the Hailea HC-500A.

Installation tips
- Leave at least 30 cm of free space around the chiller for airflow – heat must escape for it to cool efficiently.
- Use a pump within the recommended flow range; too little or too much flow reduces cooling.
- Place the chiller after mechanical filtration to keep the titanium coil clean.
